1. Register with ACCA via this link: https://www.accaglobal.com/acca-registration-intro.html

Follow the below procedure:

a. Scroll down and click on get started.

b. Fill title, (1st & 2nd name)in the first name space, surname, active email address & click on continue.

c.  Enter Date of birth (Day, month and year, gender, nationality, country of residence, click on enter address manually, fill address, town/city, state, phone (ensure to select country code (Nigeria if you use using a Nigerian number)). Save and continue.

d.  Select ACCA Qualification. Then save and continue.

e. Upload a valid means of identification (.doc, .docx, .pdf, .tif, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png) Make sure files are less than 5 MB, showing your date of birth (such as driver’s license, passport or birth certificate). Note that if your surname is different then you will have to upload your marriage license or official notice of name change.

f. Upload your bachelor’s degree certificate, transcript (if available) and WAEC. Click save and continue.

g. At this stage, it would show you your email address, the qualification you have selected and you are to tick the terms and conditions and, if you want, tick wish to remain updated by ACCA on various products.

h. 1.  Click on go to payment if you want to pay by card.

2. Click on pay offline if you want to pay the registration fee to ACCA Nigerian Representative (Please find their details in the following part of this write up) in naira.

i. Registration fee is 36 Pounds.

j. After the payment stage, it would show a page that has your student registration number. Same details would be also be sent to your email address.

k.  Use the student registration number to log in. To login, open the mail on your email address and click on see application status. It automatically takes you to the login portal (https://login.iam.accaglobal.com/), then click on New User-Set your password. So you set your password and login.

2. For ACCA Diploma in Business and Accounting, there are three main (3) papers:

Accountancy in Business (AB) – F1
Management Accounting (MA) – F2
Financial Accounting (FA) – F3

There is also a Foundation in Professionalism (FIP) module that you are expected to do in your ACCA profile online. You can choose to do it before writing your main papers or in between or after writing the papers. It is free and many trials are allowed.

The papers (F1, F2 and F3) are CBT (electronic) in which you can choose a convenient time, date and CBE centres. Please find the comprehensive list of CBE Centres in the file named TP-LIST-UPDATED 17012020 in the files section of this group. It has the various centre addresses, contact number and email address. You are expected to make arrangement with any of the CBE centres when you are ready to write the exams. Simply place a call/mail through to them. Process of appointment booking differs on each centre and the exam fee is within 35,000 – 40,000 Naira at the moment.
You will get a provisional result immediately after each exam, and then details will be uploaded to your account after within 1 -2 days. Pass mark
